1. Fellowship recipients should be foreign professors, associate professors, assistant professors, or doctoral candidates, or research fellows of equivalent level, in foreign academic/research institutions.

2. Applicants in the fields of social sciences, including studies on Taiwan, cross- Strait relations, Mainland China, the Asia Pacific and Sinology, are particularly welcome.

3. Deadline: August 31, 2011
