All the staff members of OIA & NCP Mid-Taiwan Office send congratulations to Professor I-te Yu from the Department of Physics in NTHU for his successful participation of the project “FP7-PEOPLE-2009-IRSES” under the PEOPLE Programme of FP7, which passed the strict evaluation procedure of European Commission.
