National Tsing Hua University has recently signed new memorandums and contractual agreements for academic exchange with the American higher educational institution the University of Wisconsin-Madison and 10 other universities:

NTHU signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Wisconsin-Madison on May 25, 2008.
NTHU signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Dresden on June 23, 2008.
NTHU renews an Agreement of Academic and Educational Collaboration and Memorandum for Exchange of Students with Nagaoka University of Technology on June 24, 2008.
NTHU signs an Agreement on Scientific and Educational Cooperation with M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University on July 3, 2008.
NTHU signs an Agreement on Academic Exchange and Memorandum on Student Exchange with Osaka University on July 8, 2008.
NTHU signs an Agreement on Academic Exchange and Student Exchange Agreement with City University of Hong Kong on July 17, 2008.
NTHU signs a Memorandum of Understanding with Jamia Millia Islamia University in August 2008.
