National Tsing Hua University has signed the Self-fund Exchange Student Agreement with Chongqing University, China on February 28, 2015.
National Tsing Hua University has signed the Cooperation Framework Agreement and Agreement for Student Exchange with University of Torino, Italy on March 6, 2015.
