We are working with a teaching method developed by the Sports Science Institute of the University of Göttingen/Germany. It allows even beginners to learn the basics of whitewater kayaking without fear very quickly.
The field of white water allows us to apply the management and leadership content, as well as stimulate all cognitive channels. The direct transfer of theory into practice allows you in a unique way to test what you have learned and to integrate this into your own management competences. This is of crucial importance for the transfer of learning the professional behavior in the everyday management and thus the central advantage of our teaching method of "White Water Management".
The outdoor activities are not used as a decorative event, but are an integral part of the fast, intense and sustained learning of the participants at all personality levels. Workshops, practical exercises on a white water river, evaluating workshops, individual feedbacks and coaching are all part of our teaching-methods.
