[Intl. Cooperation] National Tsing Hua University has signed the MOU with TMCF

National Tsing Hua University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) on September 9, 2013. TMCF is named for the U.S. Supreme Court's first African-American Justice. Established in 1987, TMCF supports and represents nearly 300,000 students attending its 47 member-schools.

After signing the MOU, NTHU and TMCH will enhance the cooperation in:
1. Exchange students/ faulty
2. Hold “ Thurgood Marshall Day ”
3. Summer short-term exchange program
