Requirements
Every applicant must be enrolled in an institution of higher education that has concluded an inter-university agreement with Chiba University.

Accommodation
International House, a Chiba University dormitory for overseas students will have some rooms available. However, please check the availability as the number of rooms is limited.
We can also arrange hotel accommodation in and around the Chiba-city upon request.
Costs
Tuition varies based on the program content, period of stay and number of credits awarded. General program fees for the 2017-2018 academic year are JPY ¥113,900- (2 units / 30 credit hours).
The fees include tuition, admission, examinations, school supplies and educational materials. Flights, accommodation, overseas insurance, transportation, meals and other living expenses are not included.
Notice
- Summer / winter programs that fail to attract the minimum enrollment will be canceled.
- We will contact universities in April to confirm which courses will take place.
- If applications exceed the number of course places available, you may be unable to enroll.
- The program schedule and course contents maybe subject to change.
- Cancellation after the payment of the program will incur a cancellation fee.
- Applicants must purchase appropriate travel insurance to participate.
